Inside the Bold Body Peace Collective, we dismantle diet culture, shed the "shoulds" placed on us by society, unlearn self-doubt, and build a relationship with body, food, purpose, and self-care that is sustainable, values-aligned, and actually nourishing—physically, mentally, and emotionally.

This is where self-trust replaces shame, self-care becomes non-negotiable, and the way you exist in your body stops feeling like a battle. Because your impact, joy, and purpose are too important to be held back by systems that profit off your insecurity. Bold Body Peace is not just about food and body—it’s about leadership, visibility, and showing up fully in your life.

  • Last month we continued our conversation around Capital-S self-care in a season where if feels like caring costs a lot. in alignment with the International Women's Day Theme of Caregiving we are going to talk about the challenges and realities of caregiving, caregiver's stress & burnout, the importance of caregiver self-care, and how we start to heal Human Giver Syndrome so we can sustainably love ourselves first & most so we can love our people best.

  • This month, we are talking about nervous system regulation, building stress resilience, and breaking free from food-focused coping. If you have been noticing increased patterns of stress eating, binge patterns, or in general, coping with food or other numbing choices like social media, TV, etc. this will be a great, non-judgmental space to reset and come up with new choices. 

  • And in every BBP Collective meeting we also have the following:

    • Spotlight coaching support for individual wins, needs, challenges

    • Monthly goal setting & commitments

    • We brainstorm & resource as a group
