RECIPE: Chocolate Chip Cookies

This is my absolute favorite chocolate chip cookie recipe.

It is gluten-free and can be made dairy-free so a great option if you have sensitivities or allergies. But you know what it’s NOT free of?? Deliciousness. I swear. Quillan tells me every time I make these little chewy delights that I need to figure out how to sell them. He is my husband so contractually, he is obligated to give me compliments daily but he swears he’s for real with this one. Give them a try this fall and let me know what you think!

Ingredients

1/4 cup coconut oil

1/4 cup honey

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 1/4 cup almond flour

1/4 teaspoon baking soda

1/4 teaspoon salt

1/3 cup chocolate chips

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

Thoroughly mix together all ingredients and scoop onto a baking sheet.

Bake for 8-10 minutes, until browned. (Note: These cookies will get more brown than flour-based cookies due to the almond flour.) ENJOY!
